Eric Lefkofsky is best known as the co-founder and the CEO of Tempus, Innerworkings, and Echo Global Logistics. As the co-founder of Tempus, Eric Lefkofsky has been working to bring data-driven solutions to the healthcare world to help medical professionals treat cancer patients.

At Tempus, Mr. Lefkofsky has been using his experience in the tech world and applied it to the healthcare industry. This data driven precision medicine approach has created the world’s largest library of molecular and clinical data. This data is used in an operating system that helps patients with treatments that range from cancer to other serious medical conditions.

In addition to his work in the business community, Mr. Lefkofsky maintains an active media presence. While Mr. Lefkosky was at Innerworkings, he started Echo Global Logistics. However, Mr. Lefkosky is best known as the co-founder of Groupon. This coupon flash deal company currently has millions of users and has since gone public on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

While Mr. Lefkofsky has spent the last two decades starting a number of companies, the healthcare and tech entrepreneur has also spent a good amount of this time on philanthropic endeavors. In 2006, Mr. Lefkofsky and his wife started a charitable trust, the Lefkofsky Foundation, whose aim is to help as many charitable organizations as possible.
