In short, there are foods that look like parts of the human body, and the unique benefits of these foods are for body parts that are similar to them. Is this a coincidence? Actually there is no coincidence, everything is created by Allah with their respective benefits and wisdom of each that sometimes humans do not know.

1. Carrot: Eye

Walnuts are also known as brain food, as said by Lisa Avellino, dietitian for Focus28 Diet, she said that walnuts are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are very good in providing health benefits to the brain.
3. Celery: Bone

Tomatoes are similar to liver. Try slicing a tomato crosswise and you’ll notice there’s some space in it, it’s exactly like the structure of a heart.
Research reveals that lycopene in tomatoes is beneficial for lowering the risk of heart disease in both men and women. Then, when tomatoes are mixed with a small amount of fat like olive fat, it helps and increases the body’s absorption of lycopene almost 10 times.
8. Red Wine: Blood
Red wine is a red drink and it is similar to blood in color. It turns out that the benefits of red wine are good for the blood. Red wine contains antioxidants and polyphenols and includes the powerful resveratrol and it looks like blood.
